Intergis was formed in a merger between two SaaS fleet optimization software companies in the first phase of a rollup strategy. Two brands needed to be merged.
So how did we help create and promote a single brand that would resonate among its small, mid-sized customer base as well as enterprise transportation companies?
ALC worked with the corporate identity team to refine the new logo and messaging.
Once we this was complete, we announced the merger and implemented a B2B a customer testimonials strategy to drive home key messages about the improved company’s value proposition. A. Lavin Communications worked closely with Intergis clients to leveraging testimonials and metrics that drives sales inquiries. We placed these case studies as news stories and bylined articles in relevant vertical market media.
Our efforts also helped position Intergis as a compelling acquisition candidate facilitating an exit for the private equity-backed firm. Ultimately the company was acquired and is now part of Verizon Corporation.
